Zero Tolerance Policy
MeroMutu has a zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any violation of these standards will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
MeroMutu strictly prohibits the following content and conduct:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct
- Grooming: Any attempt to build trust with a minor with the intention of sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexualizes, grooms, abuses, or otherwise exploits minors
- Child Exploitation: Any content that facilitates the exploitation of minors through inappropriate conduct
- Age Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting age to interact with minors or gain access to age-restricted content
- Predatory Behavior: Any behavior that seeks to harm, endanger, or exploit minors
Protection Measures
MeroMutu implements comprehensive protection measures:
- Age Verification: All users must be 18 years or older to use our platform
- Identity Verification: We verify user identities through multiple authentication methods
- Content Monitoring: Automated and manual review systems monitor all user-generated content
- Behavioral Analysis: Advanced algorithms detect suspicious patterns and predatory behavior
- Community Reporting: Easy-to-use reporting mechanisms for users to flag inappropriate content

Response and Enforcement
Upon receiving reports of CSAE content or behavior, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Review: All reports are reviewed within 1 hour by specialized safety team members
- Content Removal: Inappropriate content is removed immediately upon confirmation
- Account Suspension: Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently suspended
- Law Enforcement: Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities
- Data Preservation: Evidence is preserved for law enforcement investigations
- User Notification: Reporters are notified of actions taken within 24 hours
Cooperation with Authorities
MeroMutu actively cooperates with law enforcement and safety organizations:
- NCMEC Partnership: We are registered with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- NCMEC Reporting: All confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is immediately reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required by law
- PhotoDNA Technology: We use Microsoft PhotoDNA to detect known CSAM images
- Industry Collaboration: We share threat intelligence with other platforms and safety organizations
